Internet of Production
VIsual Identity
A pro-bono brand refresh for Internet of Production, a global alliance of people and organizations building a foundation to decentralise manufacturing. The visual identity we created is based around the idea of blueprints and technical drawings, using a grid structure to portray the ever changing and growing network of the Internet of Production. They wanted a brand that reflected the adaptable nature of their work that felt fresh and exciting. We designed a set of patterns in varying forms and colours to create an easy to use set of assets so that the client, with a limited design team, could implement the brand simply and effectively, and supplied the client with these and a set of comprehensive brand guidelines.
My role in this project was to work closely with the design director to create one of the two concepts that we presented, and then as my concept was taken forward by the cllent, I went on to support in developing the idea furthur, write out brand guidlines and role out to various touchpoints.
