Game On Cyber
Campaign Beazley Insurance
An online campaign for Beazley Insurance’ Full Spectrum Cyber. The concept was based around
the tagline ‘Game on Cyber,’ and we crafted a type
glitch effect as the main campaign visual. The trick of
this project was taking the traditional brand style of
Beazley, a san-serif typeface, classic CMYK colours,
and making it feel cyber and stand out in the cyber
insurance space. To do this we made use of Beazley’s
secondary sanserif typeface and brought in two RGB
highlight colours, a pink and a blue inspired by classic
tv glitching. The intent of this visual style was to reflect
the discomfort and fear of a cyber attack through the
glitch, it looks wrong and out of kilter, and also is
reminiscent of how a computer screen can look after
a cyber attack.
My role in this project was both to come up with concepts working closely with a copywriter, and then to develop the campaign style and role it out over varying digital and print touchpoints.
